Making an appointment

When calling to make an appointment for one of our vets to see your horse the receptionist will ask for the following information:

- Client's surname and the first line of their home address

- The horse's name

- Reason for the visit / nature of the problem

- Address of the yard where the horse is stabled

- A contact telephone number

Please note that for multiple client bookings all the above information needs to be available for each individual client.
